Growing up in the Himalayas drew me to the people and traditions around me. My personal work follows everyday life and local celebrations, including Sangla Holi and the Raulane festival in Kinnaur. I’m interested in the stories behind these gatherings, and in photographing them with care for the communities they belong to.

I trained at Delhi’s Raghu Rai Center for Photography, then worked on travel and commercial projects before returning to Chamba. Alongside my documentary work, I take on portraits, travel and commercial assignments, with film and aerial photography forming part of my practice.
